Working with you through your pregnancy to make you feel your best and combat the common aches and pains. Massage during pregnancy is safe and has plenty of benefit for you and babe.

I use a variety of techniques, positions, and pillows to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

It helps with a variety of issues or can simply be used as a tool for bonding.

Keep an eye out here for updates on future infant massage workshops!

Please only book a 30 minute appointment for your little.  Most babies don't tolerate massage well longer than that.

Informational and emotional support WITHOUT attending your labour and birth.
-complimentary, zero pressure,15 min. consultation.
-2 prenatal appointments,1-2 hours in length.
- Unlimited support throughout your pregnancy via email or phone.
-2 postpartum appointments for follow-up, breastfeeding help, and additional resources

- All of package A + on call from 38 weeks for full labour and birth support
